WHAT TOONTRACK CAN DO!
Password protected logins for all the artists, directors, producers, and clients on your project.
Ability to assign tasks to any other user in your project.
Submit dailies to be reviewed by another individual user, or the "Review Group" (as designated by the Project Administrator).
Project Admin tools to add/delete users, change their IDs, remove tasks, dailies, files, or other project maintenance needs.
Browse sequences and shots and see what tasks, dailies, assets, and notes are associated with that seq/shot and what status the shot is in.
Seperate notes and status for layout, animation, lighting, effects, etc.
Load, Import, Reference files into Maya from Toontrack.
Check-out and Check-in files into Maya. Keep people from overwriting your files!
Version histroy and control for Maya files (incremental save with notes attached to each version).

Some features are not immediately apparent, others seem almost hidden to the new user. As a beta-tester please
feel free to offer suggestions on how to make it easier for you!
HOW TO GET STARTED
1: Click "login" from the upper right menu. Use "demo account" for the username
and "demo" for the password. You will then be logged in and can access two
different demo projects. After logging in, you will see that you have read
only permissions on a project called "I-A-M" and Project Administrator
permissions on "Test Me". If you click on "Test Me" you can use this as a
place to try anything and everything on a project.. This will help you get
somewhat familiar with what is going on. Feel free to do anything you want,
you cannot hurt anything.
2: You can immediately sign up for
your own login ID/password by clicking "Register" in the upper right corner
menu. After agreeing to the conditions, you can enter your own
personal information for your own login ID/password. Once the password is
emailed to you, you can then select "login" from the upper right menu and
login with your newly created login ID/password. Once in, you can select
"Project Tracking Request" from the upper right menu. After you fill out
the form, we will set you up with your own project database to mess around
with. You can fully test out the software.
